1.       Be an APS student for the last 2 years prior to 2016 graduation,

2.       Graduate with a GPA of at least 75% for 2 year program and a GPA of at least 80% for a 4 year program,

3.       Complete FAFSA and be deemed eligible for a Pell Grant
