Registration Info
Registration For Students Coming to SPARK During School Year 2015-2016
All students must register, including current students.
 
Registration (New & Returning Students)
Date/Time:  July 27, 28, 29, & 31 from 9:00am - 12:00pm
July 30 from 3:00pm - 6:00pm 
Location:  Grady High School Cafeteria, 929 Charles Allen Drive, Atlanta, GA 30309
 

  
What to Bring:  See APS’s website.  Make paper copies of all required items (indicated on to give to the staff, as our staff makes a physical file for each student. There may NOT be a copier on-site. Make your copies prior to arrival at the school.
 
Tips
  1. Affidavits of Residency must be notarized. Do this in advance. We cannot guarantee a notary will be present. Notary services are at banks, UPS, Kinkos, some office supply stores.
  2. Bring copies & originals of all required items. Our staff makes a physical file for each student. 
  3. Have multiple kids at SPARK? Each student needs separate paperwork. Yes, even separate Affidavits of Residency.
